Important Notice

• The app is a TV, movie, shorts, and drama information guide. It does not provide unauthorized streaming, unauthorized downloads, or access to pirated content. Title metadata, artwork, cast information, episode context, comments, and watchlist tools are provided for discovery, research, and organization.

1. Acceptance

• By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms and applicable laws.

2. Service Scope

• The app provides a mobile interface for exploring title records, posters, summaries, genres, release details, ratings, cast profiles, crew credits, episode context, discovery lists, comments, and watchlists.
• Data availability may vary by region, source, network condition, app version, and operational requirements.

3. Accounts, Comments, Reports, and Blocking

• You are responsible for account activity and for keeping login information secure.
• Comments must be lawful, respectful, and relevant. Content may be removed, hidden, reviewed, or restricted if it appears abusive, infringing, spammy, misleading, or otherwise harmful.
• Report and block tools are provided to improve community safety and personal control.

4. Purchases

• If paid features are offered, purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. Pricing, access details, and cancellation rules are shown before purchase.
• Purchase management and cancellation options are available through Apple ID settings where applicable.

5. Intellectual Property

• The app interface, brand presentation, software code, and original service design are owned by the Developer or licensed to the Developer.
• Third-party movie, TV, poster, cast, crew, title, trademark, and related materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Do not scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk export data through automated means.
• Do not use the app to facilitate piracy, illegal streaming, unauthorized downloads, copyright infringement, or other unlawful conduct.
• Do not bypass purchase, account, security, report, block, or access controls.
• Do not attack, reverse engineer, modify, or misuse the app or related infrastructure.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation

• The app is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. No guarantee is made that every record, poster, rating, cast profile, episode count, release date, or feature is complete, current, or error-free.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Termination and Contact

• Access may be suspended or terminated when needed to protect users, enforce these Terms, prevent abuse, or comply with law. For questions, contact qubanapp@163.com.
